The Inspector in this episode looks like an anime version of Inspector Gadget, and sound like Inspector McGuire from Case Closed.

*LMAO! That was sooo funny how Ed drops the cards, and Al starts to say something, looks up, and sees Ed running away, then starts to yell ‘I want everything I lost to you back, Ed!’ LMAO!
*I was laughing so hard when Ed was running from a shot! He’s not afraid of a gun-shot, yet he’s afraid of a needle-shot! It was so funny when Ed said ‘I’ll turn you all into fish!”
