The guy who plays that doctor guy with the glasses is the same guy who does the voice of Vash the Stampede and Ichigo. He does a shit load of voice acting for anime apparently.

I think that actually might be a mutant malign version of a REAL disease. It manifests though uncontrollable bony growths throughout the body, fusing joints and bones together until you are … fused completely in a living coffin of bone =( It’s EXTREMELY rare though, a genetic disorder of some sort, non-contagious and incurable as of yet.
That must be some sort of virus transmissible through contact >_
