manga is usually better that the anime. an exception would be escaflowne.

personal preferance, while i beleive a, most all animes start out as mangas and portray the original storyline much better and have much less restrictions allowing the creators and artists to express what they want. But i dont like reading
so animes are my thing

bonus, animation is awesome and i cant get that from a manga. nothing against them they’re great but i like watching the drawings move. haha when i mentioned i dont like reading i must have gotten ahead of myself since with subs i am still reading although after a few seconds it stops feeling that way

hey samm, thanx 4 shareing ur personal preferance. i like ur perspective. i 2 like 2 watch animes better then mangas. i do like it better 2 see the drawings move 2, but i don’t really care if i have 2 read. i understand that most people think that reading is boreing and that it’s a useless thing 2 do and that it’s “a waste of time”, but it’s not when u really get in2 it. if u find a really interesting book (about anything)it can feel like it doesn’t matter that ur reading. it sucks u in and u feel on edge wondering wut will happen next just like in an anime. i love 2 read and i guess u could call me crazy or wierd but i don’t care reading is something i like and no 1 convinse me other wise. well it doesn’t matter wut i say it’s still peoples choice 2 like it or not. o well! um…haha i guess i gave my perspective/personal preferance. o well i don’t mind saying wut i think.

I like the moving drawings best, mainly cause I feel like a dork reading comics. I prefer my big-eyed asian characters, complicated plots, weird powers and odd facial expressions in the form of a cartoon, because I’m often too lazy to read a manga =p Plus anime is easier to find on the net than manga for me.
